Shipping:
There is an option to pick up your order or for it to be shipped. Orders for pick up will be ready for pick up within 3 hours and there is no shipping or processing cost for pick up orders. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up. Orders for delivery will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days.

Return policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at spaescapeyyc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions of where to send your package for return. Your credit card will be refunded once we have received and inspected your returned item(s).
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
